Delete your Lamsa account

• Open Lamsa and tap your profile at the bottom left of the map.
• Tap Profile, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Email getaneek@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Lamsa account". We check the request comes from that address, delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Your name, email, phone number, photo, your chats with salons, saved salons, notification tokens and sign-in sessions. Upcoming visits are cancelled and the salons are told.

• Past visits and payments stay in the records of the salons you visited, without your contact details in Lamsa. A salon's own client list is the salon's record: ask the salon to remove you from it.
• Reports you sent about a salon are kept to protect other customers.

A deleted account cannot be restored. You can sign up again with the same email. More in the privacy policy.

To close a Lamsa Business account, write to getaneek@gmail.com from the owner's email with your salon's name.
